Hair prep prior to an appointment has become quite the conversation over the past few years. ExPress Hair believes in the complete guest experience. I mean, why would we make you work? This means that a shampoo, condition and blow dry is included in every service. For haircoloring services, please refrain from washing your at least 48hours prior to your appointment.
The are so many options to choose from and we understand that during the booking process you may have questions. If you are unsure of which service is right for you, please feel free to call and communicate your questions and/or concerns.
At ExPress Hair, we understand that life happens and sometimes situations may effect your scheduled appointment. In this case, communication is key and we ask that you please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% service charge. Please communicate if you are going to be late to your appointment. After 15 mins of no communication, your appointment will be considered a no call/no show and will be charged a 50% service charge.
The more the merrier, right?! We love people! Please communicate if you will be bringing an extra guest. Unfortunately, we don't allow small children for safety purposes and protection of the child.
